I could spend all day talking about how my life and realitionship with God has been changed as a result of my membership at Triumph Church. Weekly, Triumph holds 14 worship services across multiple campuses in the Metro Detroit & Flint Michigan areas. This weekend included a special Miracles at Midnight service in addition to the usual 14. Special musical guests included John P. Kee, Donald Lawrence & Co. and Tasha Cobbs. Usually I’d photograph one service on Saturday or Sunday, maybe two, if we have a team member out of town. This weekend, I decided I would shoot the entire weekend, or as much as time and location would allow. I ended up photographing 5 of the 15 services that were held.
Friday, Miracles at Midnight with Pastor John P. Kee – Triumph Church – North Campus, Southfield, MI
Saturday 12 noon Service with Donald Lawrence & Company – Triumph Church -South Campus – Detroit, Mi
Saturday Evening 5:00pm with Tasha Cobbs – Triumph Church – North Campus, Southfield, MI
Sunday 7:45am with The Triumph Mass Choir and Donald Lawrence & Company – Triumph Church – East Campus – Detroit, MI
Sunday evening 5:45pm with Tasha Cobbs – Triumph Church – Central Campus – Detroit, MI
Over this amazing weekend, 26 people gave their lives to Christ, bringing the year to date total to 533. That is definitely a God movement and not happening everywhere. I consider it a blessing to be able to use my skill set to tell these kingdom stories. I’ve always wanted my camera to have a voice and for the stories to live on long after I am gone.
