I’ve always had mixed feelings toward Labor Day. On one hand, it’s great to have an extended holiday weekend, but on the other, it’s the unofficial end to every summer. One thing is for certain, Labor Day weekend always delivers when it comes to amazing weddings. 2016 was no different. Saturday, Sept. 3, we had the pleasure of capturing Larone & Stacie’s wedding and reception.
The bride and groom said their vows in front of family and friends at the Oasis of Hope Church in the Historic Palmer Park neighborhood of Detroit.
Stacie was escorted down the aisle by her father, Pastor Charles Twymon.
The ceremony was officiated by Larone’s father, Pastor Larry G. Mills.
After the couple declared their love for one another in front of God and the congregation, we headed over the Palmer Park Golf Course.
As photographers, there is nothing better than throwing on our long lens, and being able to just sit back and watch the bride and groom naturally love on each other.
The newlyweds received their guests at the beautiful St. Josephat Banquet Centre in Warren for their reception.
Congratulations on your marriage, thanks for allowing us to capture such a great day!
